Change in communication methods

We are reducing the volume of text messages (SMS) we are sending.

We hope now to communicate with you , where relevant, via email.  This may be preferred by you for documents, referrals, and may be less intrusive than SMS.  Please let us know an active email address where possible

We also seek to use the NHS app:  it is the quickest and easiest way to request medication and view your results and record, and can also be used for messaging.

Let us know if you do not consent to any of these methods.  We do not share your contact details with third parties
