Some useful info
Contact us by phone (020 8980 1760) or by this website. We need to check with you how you want to be contacted and will ask you at any appointments. You can get appointments with a doctor, nurse or other health professional on your own or with a trusted relative or friend. You can also get repeat medication and see your medical records. Health care is private. You decide. If you want your parent or carer can still come with you to appointments. You can also talk to us without anyone else knowing. It is important adults in your life know that this is OK. Check out "seeing the gp" for more info on this.
